Callcentric SMS 1.7

The new Callcentric SMS app has been redesigned to offer a superior SMS experience for your Callcentric account. This app is compatible with all of our US and Canada numbers, making it convenient and accessible. To start using the app, simply activate an SMS Access Plan on your Callcentric account and install it on your iOS device. It's that simple!

Requirements for using this app:

• An active Callcentric VoIP service account
• Callcentric SMS Access Plan & US/Canada phone number

Currently, the following features are not supported:

• MMS messaging (group messages, attachments, etc.)
• SMS messaging with international numbers (outside of US/Canada)

Key features and highlights of the app include:

• Real-time SMS messaging
• Dark Mode support for optimal viewing
• Option to use the contact list on your device
• Ability to message with multiple numbers through a single interface
• Enable/disable SMS functionality on your US, Canada, or toll-free numbers
• Store multiple accounts' usernames and settings for quick switching between logins
• Show your SMS number in the conversation list, helpful when using multiple SMS numbers (can be enabled in settings)
• Set a default SMS number for sending messages or manually select the desired SMS number for each message (can be enabled in settings)

Please note that access to contacts and notifications are optional:

• Access to Contacts (optional):

• This app requests permission to access your contacts to allow you to select a contact for sending SMS and display name information on received messages. Rest assured that your contact list is never uploaded to Callcentric. Contact data is solely used locally within the app and we do not have access to your contacts outside of the app.

• Notifications (optional):

• We utilize push notifications to provide real-time notifications for incoming SMS messages when the app is in the background. Please be aware that if you do not enable notifications, you will not receive immediate alerts for new incoming SMS messages until you manually open the app.
